Technical Large Animal Emergency Response

The Technical Large Animal Emergency Response  (TLAER) course covers concepts and techniques to enable teams to undertake technical animal response. Both individual and team skills are extensively addressed. Topics that are thoroughly covered are hazards, animal handling, Kill zones, Animal packaging, trailer safety and extrication, Trench, mud safety and extrication, building anchors, using pulley systems, use of an A frame, low, mid, and steep angle, situation analysis, incident management and various scenarios
